Wigeon Capital Announces First Sale in Development Portfolio

7230 ACC Blvd Raleigh flex Wigeon CapitalNAI Tri Properties announced today the sale of 7230 ACC Blvd. The sale consisted of the newly constructed 11,900 SF flex building on 1.42 acres in Raleigh, North Carolina to Me and You Holdings, LLC. The building was developed by Wigeon Capital and recently completed construction last month.

The property sits in a tremendous location just 4 miles from RDU International airport, near the US 70 and I-540 interchange in Northwest Raleigh Brier Creek area.

Currently, there are two tenants, Archadeck, occupying 2,500 SF of the building which has an 18’ ceiling height, 70’ bays, 10’ x 12’ drive-in door and storefront office glass. The remainder of this beautiful space has been leased by Carolina Air Conditioning Company for its retail expansion. Carolina Air Conditioning has been in business since 1947, providing indoor comfort and air quality solutions.

This sale highlights the promise of Wigeon Capital’s recent developments. 7230 ACC Blvd is the first completed project of Wigeon Capital’s current lineup, which includes five more industrial developments totaling over 450,000 SF. In March, it announced breaking ground on a 58,000 SF industrial building at 3300 Waterfield Drive in Garner and plan to break ground in the next 30 days at Laurensfield Court, a 96,000 square foot warehouse at Greenfield Business Park. Wigeon also plans to develop Greenfield 27, a 27.25-acre site with three buildings totaling 246,000 SF of warehouse and flex space. Construction will begin this fall.
