Robin has been recognized by her peers as one of the best brokers in the Triangle’s commercial real estate industry. She brings a wealth of experience to the table — ranging from the in-depth local knowledge that comes from a lifetime of living in the Triangle Area of North Carolina to the artful negotiation and leadership skills that clients look for when selecting a broker. But what most sets Robin apart is her focus on providing exceptional service to the people she represents.
Robin is a specialist in Class A office leasing, with a focus on the medical, science and technology industries. She exclusively represents local, corporate and investment companies. The numbers tell the story of Robin’s success — she is directly responsible for transactions totaling more than $413.5 million and exceeding four million square feet.
Though she loves the excitement of the city, you will find Robin ultra-casual on most nights and weekends, enjoying her family and pets while playing guitar and singing, hiking, horseback riding, gardening, cutting pastures or simply stargazing on her farm in Chatham County.
Robin spent ten years as a senior leasing representative with Highwood Properties before joining Tri Properties | NAI Carolantic. Raised in the business with a strong sense of ownership and emphasis on the highest quality service, she appreciates being a part of a company that allows her to pursue her passion for entrepreneurialism, focusing her creative thinking on the success of her client partners.
Robin’s favorite projects have been those that pose the greatest challenges, and that are transformational, both in their physical make up and in the ultimate positive effect on their communities. Golden Belt Campus in Downtown Durham is one of those projects, which started as a 350,000 square foot jumble with some buildings in varying levels of decay, but today offers a high-energy, destination mixed-use and historic environment for life science and tech companies, artists and residents.
