Matt enjoys working with the wonderful team at Tri Properties to take projects from a mere idea to completion. He previously worked at Duke Realty Corporation.
Two projects stand out: Quintiles Plaza and Duke PDC at Crooked Creek. The Quintiles project had an extremely tight timeframe that placed a premium on effective decision making throughout the construction process. The Duke PDC project required the construction team to overcome several challenges to successfully add an additional story and a new elevator to a building already under construction.

Tri Properties led a comprehensive, 18-month renovation of this 170,000 SF office complex in Midtown Raleigh. Originally built in 1985, Northchase at Midtown was transformed from decrepit, vacant office buildings into a modern Class A space that is now 100% leased.
Tri Properties led the development of the Imperial Center, one of the largest and most successful commercial mixed-use business parks in the Southeast. The award-winning project comprises over 4.4 million SF of office, warehouse, flex and retail space spread across 456 acres.
The 151,000 SF office building is Tri Properties most recent development project and raised the bar for the Triangle's Class A office standard. The project is the first in the Carolina's to utilize VIEW Dynamic Glass technology which changes tint in response to sunlight and time of day, completely eliminating the need for mini blinds.
Tri Properties developed this corporate headquarters complex for Quintiles, now IQVIA, in partnership with Principal Financial Group. The 10-story, 252,000 SF space at Imperial Center was named the Triangle's "Best New Development" by TCREW in 2009.
