Joaquin has over 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate business in Wake, Durham and surrounding counties. His experience in all aspects of leasing and sale brokerage make him a valuable team member. Joaquin currently leads our retail brokerage team. He has worked with many notable clients including Airborne/DHL, US Postal Service, Fresenius Medical Care, Confederation Life Insurance, Performance Cycle, K-Mart, E.C. Barton, CompUSA, European Wax Centers and Lanco of Minnesota.

Matt has over ten years of healthcare real estate experience and has had a wide range of roles, including landlord leasing, facilities management, site selection/market analysis, and construction management on a national scale. Matt provides a strategic advisory approach for his clients and is responsible for overseeing and executing property leasing and business development. Before joining NAI Tri Properties, Matt served as the Vice President of Real Estate and Facilities for two Private Equity backed Urgent Cares. Matt completed transactions in multiple states during his tenure and developed De Novo growth strategy and implementation for new and existing markets.

The thing that has stood out to me most about Tri Properties is the team environment and culture. The team works well together to achieve individual goals as well as company-wide growth targets.
Flooding Urgent Care clinics are always fun… but I think the most memorable and recent project would be the four De Novo projects we executed on and opened in 2020 through the COVID-19 Pandemic. Our team came together (remotely) to finalize sites, negotiate terms, and build with new GC’s in a new market.
