With over three decades in the commercial real estate business in Wake, Durham and surrounding counties, Ed is recognized as a consistent top performing broker with awards and deals in all property categories including industrial/flex/R&D facilities, and land. He currently leads our industrial brokerage team and is experienced and knowledgeable to handle all real estate transactions, representing landlords, sellers, as well as tenant and buyers to achieve their real estate goals.

Ed has over 36 years of experience in commercial real estate. What he loves about working at NAI Tri Properties is the freedom to be entrepreneurial, the support of a full-service organization, as well as global resources to help go above and beyond in servicing his clients.
One of Ed’s most memorable projects was helping the original developer of Keystone Park when there were only trees, which is now over 2 million square feet of office, lab, flex, life science and industrial buildings.

Jimmy currently leads our investment sales team and has a primary focus on client development and consulting. With nearly thirty years of experience in the local market, Jimmy specializes in all areas of leasing and sales. He provides exclusive tenant, buyer, and landlord representative services to local businesses, large corporations, and financial institutions and investors. He frequently represents large developments in Raleigh, the Research Triangle Park and surrounding areas — closing more than $100 million of transactions, exceeding one million square feet, in recent years.

Jimmy has been with the company for nearly 30 years. What he loves most is the family atmosphere and the commitment to not only being successful in the real estate business but also working for the betterment of the community.

His experience in all aspects of leasing and sale brokerage make him a valuable team member. Joaquin currently leads our retail brokerage team. Gray has 38 years of commercial real estate experience in the Triangle. During his time, he has negotiated over 1200 transactions, including leasing, acquisition, and disposition of every property type. Recently, Gray has completed 45 million in investment sales from 2019-2020. In 2020, despite COVID market challenges, Gray was able to secure a buyer for his client, a 39,000 square foot church in Garner. He enjoys using his experience and knowledge to help his clients meet their real estate goals.

Hunt Wyche joined our brokerage team with a previous proven track record of handling the leasing for a large warehouse/flex portfolio, investment sales and owner-occupant sales. With almost two decades of experience, his knowledge of the ever-changing real estate market and vast experience representing landlords and investors has helped him to understand both sides of the transaction. He has assisted hundreds of companies from small start-ups to Fortune 500s. This wealth of experience and understanding the intricacies of our market supply and demand, has also allowed him to branch into a consulting role for multiple developments in the region.
While Hunt’s primary focus remains achieving the highest return for his investor clients, he also represents over 60 owners/landlords with over 300 tenants conducting business in the Raleigh Durham area in addition to successfully representing investors, landlords and tenants across the state and country.

Michael is very familiar with the diverse range of commercial real estate needs and has quickly expanded his market knowledge of the industry. Experienced in tenant, buyer and landlord representation of industrial and flex properties, Michael has worked throughout the Triangle and Eastern NC on multiple projects. His previous work experience with Fidelity Investments and SteelFab Inc. has given him an edge in understanding real estate investment and industrial construction.

Michael’s most memorable project was the relocation of North Carolina DMV Headquarters to the Former Hardee’s Headquarters in Rocky Mount, NC. The project was rewarding because it breathed new life into a vacant office and industrial campus that has had a rich history and pivotal impact on Rocky Mount.

Matt has over ten years of healthcare real estate experience and has had a wide range of roles, including landlord leasing, facilities management, site selection/market analysis, and construction management on a national scale. Matt provides a strategic advisory approach for his clients and is responsible for overseeing and executing property leasing and business development. Before joining NAI Tri Properties, Matt served as the Vice President of Real Estate and Facilities for two Private Equity backed Urgent Cares. Matt completed transactions in multiple states during his tenure and developed De Novo growth strategy and implementation for new and existing markets.

Flooding Urgent Care clinics are always fun… but I think the most memorable and recent project would be the four De Novo projects we executed on and opened in 2020 through the COVID-19 Pandemic. Our team came together (remotely) to finalize sites, negotiate terms, and build with new GC’s in a new market.

Imperial Center, located in the Research Triangle Park, is one of the largest and most successful commercial mixed-use business parks in the Southeast. Tri Properties is accountable for the leasing responsibilities for a majority of the project's 4.4 million SF of office, industrial and flex space.
Garner Business Park 70 is a planned 675,000 square foot industrial park off US Hwy 70 in Garner. This first completed building was built spec and 100% leased before completion.
10404 Chapel Hill Road in Morrisville is a flex building that sits on Highway 54 only 3 miles from RDU International Airport. The 27,934 square foot building was built speculatively and with the help of NAI Tri Properties fully leased.
