NAI Tri Properties Recognized at TCAR Elite Broker Awards

We are thrilled to announce that Ed Brown, Executive Vice President at NAI Tri Properties, was awarded “Lease of the Year” at Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors 2026 Elite Broker Awards. Brown teamed with Anna Lea Stroud of A. Stroud & Company, to represent Vulcan Elements, a high-performance rare earth magnet manufacturer, in a full-building lease of 501,215 square feet at Crosspoint Logistics Center in Benson, making it the largest industrial transaction of 2025 in the Greater Triangle market. The project is expected to create more than 1,000 new jobs.
