Vulcan Elements leases 501,215 square feet at Crosspoint Logistics Center, securing the entire building, making this lease one of the largest Industrial transactions of 2025 for the greater Triangle MSA markets.

This strategic move positions Johnston County for significant growth, paving the way for more than 1,000 new jobs and marking a transformative milestone for the region’s economic development. Governor Josh Stein was reported saying “the jobs and investment Vulcan Elements brings to the State will add an estimated $2.5 billion to the State’s economy over the next twelve (12) years. This is a big WIN for North Carolina”.
