Tonya Mills and Kerry Saunders Win TCREW Excellence Award

#tcrewchampion TCREW Excellence Award winner Tonya Mills and Kerry SaundersNAI Tri Properties is pleased to announce that Tonya Mills, Vice President of Business Development, and Kerry Saunders, TCREW Executive Director, have won the 2023 TCREW Excellence Award.

Ms. Mills and Ms. Saunders exude and epitomize the TCREW mission and are invaluable members of the commercial real estate industry. This dynamic duo has consistently served the organization for many years in different ways, and together by striving to connect members and generate business. Their professionalism, kindness, and integrity are quickly recognizable among their peers. For example, during COVID, Tonya and Kerry together created and implemented a plan to meet virtually with about 80 TCREW members in small groups to support each other professionally and personally.

In these groups, dubbed with the acronym of W.O.W. for Women Optimizing Women, they would check in on others regularly to make sure everyone was thriving. By intentionally diversifying professions, they expanded each other’s networks, and they sought to build each other up by sharing market insights and business leads. This has helped to build invaluable relationships, confidence, and knowledge of members.

We are thrilled that TCREW has recognized each of them and their contributions to commercial real estate in the Triangle region.
