NAI Tri Properties announced today the sale of 200 Laurensfield Ct., a 98,000 square foot institutional-grade warehouse building located in Garner, NC. The building boasts 32’ clear ceiling heights, 34 dock doors and an ESFR sprinkler system. Also, the property sits on approx. 11 acres and lies within the prominent Greenfield Business Park. Wigeon Capital sold the building to Realty Income Corp. (NYSE: O) for $16,632,674. The building is 100% leased to Lansing Building Products (https://lansingbp.com/) and recently completed construction.
200 Laurensfield Court is the second of six buildings to be delivered in Wigeon’s impressive Garner Business Park warehouse development portfolio. Wigeon recently completed 3300 Waterfield Dr., a
57,000 square foot flex building that was 100% leased to Compass USA. 300,000 square feet remains under construction at S. Greenfield Parkway and Waterfield Drive. The four planned buildings at this location vary in size from 26,000 to 160,380 square feet. All buildings are estimated to complete construction end of Q1 2023.
