Ryan has spent his entire career focused exclusively on tenant representation. Through strategic partnerships, Ryan serves his clients’ global corporate real estate needs.

Within the span of 10 months, Ryan worked with Circle K on three related real estate transactions. He relocated Circle K’s regional offices to a new building (24,087 SF); secured a 10-year lease with ABB for the 60,461 SF building that Circle K was leaving; and found an investor and completed the sale of the original office building.
Ryan volunteers for the Oak City Outreach Center and JDRF. He is active supporter of the Boy Scouts of America, YMCA – We Build People Campaign, Reelin’ for Research (a benefit for the UNC Children’s Hospital), Angelman Syndrome Foundation, and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Daniel’s aptitude for well researched and data driven decisions quickly proved himself valuable to his clients and he has been a major key player in many recent large Triangle commercial real estate transactions. Daniel focuses primarily on sale and leasing industrial/flex/R&D facilities, office leasing, as well as land sales, but has experience with all property types. He works closely with landlords and sellers to develop and implement effective data driven marketing plans for a wide variety of commercial properties.

Michael is very familiar with the diverse range of commercial real estate needs and has quickly expanded his market knowledge of the industry. Experienced in tenant, buyer and landlord representation of industrial and flex properties, Michael has worked throughout the Triangle and Eastern NC on multiple projects. His previous work experience with Fidelity Investments and SteelFab Inc. has given him an edge in understanding real estate investment and industrial construction.

Michael enjoys being a part of the NAI Tri Properties team that is at the forefront of the local commercial real estate market and an integral part of the Triangle’s dynamic growth.
Michael’s most memorable project was the relocation of North Carolina DMV Headquarters to the Former Hardee’s Headquarters in Rocky Mount, NC. The project was rewarding because it breathed new life into a vacant office and industrial campus that has had a rich history and pivotal impact on Rocky Mount.

Paxton, a Raleigh native, joined the NAI Tri Properties team in 2020, primarily working on the Corporate Services Team. Prior to joining Tri Properties, Paxton worked in Charlotte for Bank of America as a Global Markets Analyst. He uses his experience in the financial sector to help clients negotiate advantageous leases and favorable sale terms. Paxton’s organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical approach lend well to helping his clients meet their goals.

Lacrosse, Golf, Fishing, and spending time with his girlfriend, Morgan, and their golden retriever, Goose.
In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Paxton was able to amass a total of 350,000 SF across the state for a client in the market for warehouse space spanning the Carolinas. Notwithstanding the pandemic, the client’s tight deadline, as well as extraneous forces working against the transaction, Paxton was able to work diligently and enthusiastically to help close the deal.

Tonya loves seeing projects come to life. She spent the first part of her career at Tri Properties in development, working with investors to acquire land and assemble a talented team of architects, engineers and builders to develop properties.
Tonya now uses the relationships she developed – and the experience she gained – to help tenants find the ideal property and customize it for their needs. She works with our leasing and corporate services teams to analyze tenant space needs, coordinate site tours and navigate permitting issues. As a liaison with local and state government agencies, Tonya is responsible for compliance with rules and regulations, representing the owner and managing projects through all stages of the permitting and approval process.

Tonya finds it stimulating to work with a team that can do it all – from acquiring land and planning a property to managing the construction and prepping the site for prospective tenants.
Tonya worked with the North Carolina Department of Transportation on a $3 million public/private agreement that involved the construction and realignment of several roads in Research Triangle Park over a five-year period. The project ultimately paved the wave for Imperial Center to develop a 30-acre tract for amenities.

Tri Properties advised Circle K on three related real estate transactions: relocating its regional headquarters to a new building; securing a 10-year lease for the space Circle K was leaving; and then identifying an investor and completing the sale of its original office building.
Five years after Kadro purchased a Raleigh office building, this software firm was growing fast and needed more space. Tri Properties found a buyer for the building, then negotiated an attractive lease for a much larger space nearby. The lease included concessions to offset relocation expenses.
Tri Properties worked with Tanium to establish an East Coast office in 2014. When the company outgrew its initial space two years later, Tri Properties negotiated a lease termination with no penalty and found a 9,500 SF office at Perimeter Park with rights to incrementally expand to 40,000 SF.
When this start-up leased its first office space, budget was a major concern. Tri Properties negotiated an affordable lease that included build-out expenses. Tri Properties has since worked with SmallHD on two subsequent office expansions that featured stair-step rent structures to control expenses.
Wanting to expand beyond Virginia, WillowTree engaged Tri Properties to handle the search for a Durham office. The American Tobacco Campus proved to be a perfect fit and the company later moved its headquarters here, becoming one of the first tenants at the Golden Belt Campus in downtown Durham.
