Tri Properties views its role in tenant brokerage similar to that as landlord representation-the bottom line is the creation of value. In the case of the landlord, the value is in the form of income or increased cash flow resulting from the ownership of real property; while for the tenant, it is the reduction of cash flow or costs related to the use and occupancy of real property. Twenty years of experience on both sides of the transaction have provided Tri Properties with valuable insight when representing tenants in lease renewals, expansions, early terminations, subleasing and, of course, new leases and build-to-suits.

A team of professionals has been formed at Tri Properties with various backgrounds and specialties. While these professionals are all emanately qualified individuals, together their years of experience combine to provide the tenant with a full-service, big-picture approach. The brokers have at their disposal the entire Tri Properties' staff for consultation and review of prospective sites or properties. This staff includes property managers who can evaluate the efficiencies or flaws of a potential property; an architect who can review plans, site and specifications; project managers whose construction experience has obvious benefits to the tenant; and development personnel whose building experience provides background and an overall context to a project.
