With our broad knowledge base as a leading full-service real estate firm in the Triangle metro area and our breadth of experience in everything from development to marketing, we have the ability to effectively take an investment through the due diligence and entitlement process, position it for a buyer and/or end-user, and complete the sale or develop the property.
We have the option to co-invest with our clients, aligning everyone’s interests from start to finish. Further, we have the flexibility to sell outright or to pursue vertical development on the sites alone or with joint venture partners.
