Tri Properties' Land Acquisition & Disposition team works closely with clients interested in making strategic and opportunistic investments in land, and manages the entire process from identification to disposition or development. We take pride in the ability to place your needs and desires first.

Our team does not have an existing fund, but rather monitors the market for what we feel are strong investments with high expected risk-adjusted returns. Through our extensive relationships we also see many "off-market" deals, ensuring that our clients will get the deals that best suit their strategic needs. With our broad knowledge base as a leading full-service real estate firm in the Triangle metro area and our breadth of experience in everything from development to marketing, we have the ability to effectively take an investment through the due diligence and entitlement process, position it for a buyer and/or end-user, and complete the sale or develop the property.

We have the option to co-invest with our clients, aligning everyone's interests from start to finish. Further, we have the flexibility to sell outright or to pursue vertical development on the sites alone or with joint venture partners.

Our team has completed numerous land investment deals, and each one has produced strong returns for our investors. Over the past decade, Tri Properties has acquired and sold more than 1,400 acres in the Triangle totaling over $71 million.
