Sarah Westfall came on board the Tri Properties, Inc. team in the fall of 2009. She began her career in Real Estate on the Outer Banks of North Carolina working in Vacation Rental Property Management. It was there that she gained valuable experience as an Assistant Rental Manager for more than 800 vacation homes. She currently manages several of our properties in the Triangle area including Class A office buildings in Imperial Center, Park 40 and Waverly Place in Cary - totaling over 0.65 million square feet.
As one of our Property Managers, Sarah brings a hands-on and personable approach to all of her encounters with tenants. Her genuine concern for her tenant’s needs adds to the small-business feel of the company. Sarah’s enthusiasm lends itself well in her affinity for taking on challenges. The energy and innovation Sarah possesses brings new life to the company.
Sarah is a graduate of Radford University with a B.S. in Marketing and a minor in Economics. She is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and a member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
