Since joining Tri Properties in 2006, Patrick has been actively involved in development and investment activities for Tri Properties. Patrick has played a critical role in managing development and financing activities for over $135 million in new office development, specifically at projects such as Quintiles Plaza, Palladian Corporate Center, and the Trust Atlantic Center. In addition, Patrick has led acquisition, disposition and entitlement efforts on over 1,350 acres of land throughout the Triangle marketplace, and during his time with Tri Properties was involved in structuring over $150 million in investment sales transactions.


In addition to his development and investment sales experience, Patrick has led Tri Properties sustainability efforts, partnering with Principal Financial Group to manage the LEED certification process for over 850,000 square feet of Tri Properties management portfolio.

Patrick is on the Board of Directors for the local chapter of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties, and served as the Legislative Committee Chair in 2012, partnering with local municipalities on regulatory issues impacting the industry. In 2011, Patrick received the Million Dollar Industrial Club aware from TCAR, and was the runner up for the Triangle Business Journal’s Industrial Deal of the Year award. Patrick Graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Patrick was a four year letterman on the varsity swim team during his time at UNC, and continues to support the program through his work on the UNC Swimming Alumni Council.
