Before joining Tri Properties, Inc., Ken spent 13 years in the hotel industry. Specializing in managing distressed properties, many of the renovations under his management were recognized for their quick turnaround. He received numerous awards including The Gold Key Award, Inn of the Year and Employee of the Year.
For six years, Mr. Conoly served as Senior Property Manager for The Campus at University Place, a 5-building 272,000 square foot office and laboratory campus in Durham; Globe Center, the 8-building, 846,000 square foot warehouse / light manufacturing project in Morrisville Globe Center as well as Meadowmont Village, the 200,000 square feet/24 condo unit mixed-use project in Chapel Hill. During his tenure, Triangle CREW awarded Ken the Champion Award as the 2001 Best Property Manager.
Ken now oversees the Quintiles portfolio consisting of 484,310 square feet. He also manages the 120,784 square foot Carlisle Place office building and the 126,584 square foot Royal Center flex buildings. Mr. Conoly is responsible for the day-to-day operations, including annual budgets, monthly reporting as well as tenant retention.
Ken is a licensed broker in the state of North Carolina and a member of BOMA and TCAR. He attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and served in the North Carolina Army National Guard. His hobbies are any sport with a ball and geocaching.
