Before joining Tri Properties, Inc, Greg Taylor spent twenty-three years in Corporate Facilities Management. Most recently he was the North American Facilities Manager for Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications and was responsible for delivering Real Estate and Facility services to corporate offices in five states as well as Canada.
Currently, Greg manages more than 1.1 million square feet within the Raleigh-Durham area, in an amalgamation of flex, warehouse and office properties. His tenants include Thomson-Reuters, Stewart Engineering, Clinforce and Graebel.
Greg’s outgoing demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile for his clients make him a priceless component of the Tri Properties team. He knows that extraordinary customer service in combination with understanding the tenant’s needs is the key to building and retaining relationships with current and potential clients.
