Cheri has been working in the real estate industry since 1982 and as a property manager for eleven years with notable companies such as Colliers Pinkard and Sterling Realty. She has an in-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate industry from working in many of its capacities such as management, monthly reporting, annual budgets, cost control, invoicing, maintenance, tenant retention, construction fit-ups, renovations and leasing. She currently manages a portfolio of 1 million square feet of office, retail, flex and warehouse space throughout the Triangle.
Her experience, positive attitude, and approachable candor make her a valuable addition to the Tri Properties award winning management team. Cheri attended North Carolina State University and has had her North Carolina Brokers license since 1984. She is a member of Triangle Commercial Area Realtors (TCAR), a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and is a designated Real Property Administrator (RPA).
